Directions for use
Massage lotion: Add 5-10 drops to a fragrance-free cream and massage in with circular movements until absorbed. Alternatively, mix a few drops with a massage oil.
Body wraps: Add 2-3 drops to mud or clay wraps.
Aromatic bath: Add 10 drops to the bathwater, stir vigorously and bathe for 10 minutes.
Foot bath: Add a few drops to the water to refresh the feet. For a stronger effect, dissolve the drops in a handful of coarse salt first.
