Shipping policy

We despatch from the EU, insured and fully tracked. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and again at checkout, before the order becomes binding.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost and time

• Standard, £4.95. Arrives in 4 to 10 days.
• Standard, free from £79. Once your basket reaches £79 the standard charge drops away. If you are using a discount code, the £79 is measured against the discounted total, not the original one.

Processing and tracking

• Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually leave the same day.
• You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

If something goes wrong

Arrived damaged? Email support@seventhscent.co.uk within 14 days with a photo of the parcel. We settle transport damage without a return shipment.

For returns and refunds, see our refund policy. You have 14 days to return an unopened fragrance; you pay the return postage and we charge no handling fee.
