Shipping policy

We despatch from the EU, insured and fully tracked. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge; your basket and the checkout confirm it before the order becomes binding.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost and time

• Standard, free of charge. Arrives in 4 to 10 days. There is no minimum basket value for free delivery.

Processing and tracking

• Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually leave the same day.
• You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

If something goes wrong

Arrived damaged? Email support@seventhscent.co.uk within 14 days with a photo of the parcel. We settle transport damage without a return shipment.

For returns and refunds, see our refund policy. You have 14 days to return an unopened fragrance; you pay the return postage and we charge no handling fee.
