1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this online shop. The provider and contracting partner is:

Our offer is directed at both consumers and businesses. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods. The contract text is stored; the contract language is English.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping within the UK is charged at GBP 4.95 for standard delivery or GBP 6.99 for express delivery. Orders from GBP 79 are delivered free of charge.
4. Delivery
Delivery is usually made within 4–10 days after the conclusion of the contract to the delivery address provided. We will notify you immediately of any delays.
5. Payment
The payment methods displayed during the ordering process are available (including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, SEPA direct debit). Charges are made in accordance with the terms of the respective provider.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Cancellation
Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Details and the exception for sealed cosmetic products can be found in our Cancellation Policy.
8. Warranty
Statutory provisions governing liability for defects shall apply.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission's platform for Online Dispute Resolution can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
