Shipping

We ship from the EU, insured and fully tracked. Shipping to the United Kingdom is a flat £4.95 on every order, and free from £79. The amount is shown in your basket and at checkout before the order becomes binding.

• Delivery: 4–10 days
• Processing: orders placed before 2 pm on a working day usually leave the same day
• Tracking: you receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse

Returns

You have 14 days to return a fragrance. For hygiene reasons this applies only to unopened items with the original seal intact — an opened bottle cannot be resold and is excluded from returns.

• Announce the return by email to support@seventhscent.co.uk, quoting your order number
• We send you the return address and packaging instructions
• Once received and checked, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method
• You pay the return postage. We charge no handling fee.

Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are unaffected — see the cancellation policy.

Arrived damaged?

Email support@seventhscent.co.uk within 14 days with a photo of the parcel. We settle transport damage without a return shipment
