Deleting your data
This page explains which data our Meta application processes and how you can ask us to delete it.
What the application does
Seventhscent UK runs its own application on Meta. It has exactly two jobs: it publishes our own posts to our Instagram account and Facebook page, and it reads the reporting for our own adverts.
The application does not log anyone in with Facebook or Instagram. It does not read other people's profiles, and it stores no data about users of those networks in our systems. Seeing, commenting on or sharing one of our posts leaves no data with us.
What data does reach us
Data reaches us when you get in touch or place an order:
- enquiries sent through the contact form or by email
- orders, including billing and delivery details
- a newsletter sign-up

Asking us to delete your data
Write to support@seventhscent.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion". Please give the email address we know you by.
We confirm receipt and delete within 30 days. So that nobody can make the request in your name, we may ask for an order number, or reply to the address we hold for you.
What we have to keep
Invoices and order records are subject to statutory retention periods. We block those records from further use rather than deleting them straight away, and remove them once the period has passed.
